We founded the first and only simit factory in the world in Samandıra Sancaktepe in 2005, developed in compliance with food legislation and bearing TÜBİTAK (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) certification. The factory that sprawls over an area of 10,000 m² holds ISO-9001 Quality Management System, ISO-22000 Food Safety Management System, OHSAS-18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management as well as Halal Certificates. Our factories built in the Organized Industrial Zones of Tuzla and Antalya in 2010 carry on their production activities. The factory which was restructured in 2015 is equipped with “Flexible Simit Production Line”. We made our first overseas factory investment in 2016 in London with the aim of supporting our growth in Europe.

We say “Bon Appetit” to 1 million guests every day as we continue on our path to become the growing global brand of Turkey.
